Abstract:
~97% identical to consensus. 3'-end part of MuDR-59_TAe. MuDR-59P2_TAe is a large DNA transposon (~120-Kb), therefore is stored as 3 segments in Repbase: MuDR-59P2_TAe (40-kb), MuDR-59P2_TAe (40-kb) and MuDR-59P2_TAe (32.4-kb).
