Abstract:
Analyzed genome: Corymbia citriodora v2.1 (Phytozome). Consensus of 10 seqs; mean 85.98% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-82); A box (14-25); B box (58-68); tRNA-unrelated region (83-244); poly A tail (245-257). First 137 nt similar to SINE2-9a_Cci and SINE2-9j_Cci; similar tRNA-unrelated region to SINE2-1_Cci. SINE2-7_Cci variants a to c share 75.70% similarity.
