Analyzed genome: Fragaria x ananassa v1.0.a1 (Phytozome). Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 96.50% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-82); A box (13-24); B box (58-68); tRNA-unrelated region (83-172); poly A tail (173-183). 90.61% similar to SINE2-2_Ipa.
