Analyzed genome: Setaria italica v2.2 (Phytozome). Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 86.87% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-83); A box (14-25); B box (59-69); tRNA-unrelated region (84-292); poly T tail (293-299). 98.31% similar to SINE2-4_PaM. SINE2-2_Sit variants a and b share 75.70% similarity.
