Analyzed genome: Eucalyptus grandis v2.0 (Phytozome). Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 84.80% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-85); A box (14-25); B box (61-71); tRNA-unrelated region (86-207); poly A tail (208-220). First 160 nt similar to SINE2-1_Egr. SINE2-11_Egr variants a and b share 89.90% similarity.
