Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 82.15% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-89); A box (14-26); B box (68-78); LINE-related region (90-121; poly A tail (122-136). At the scaffold 38 there is a tandem repeat of almost four copies of SINE2-7_Atr (545 nt, including TSDs, GARAAAGAAAAAAAAA); 31 nt upstream this region exists an inverted repetition (532 nt) of that SINE block; the whole SINE2-7_Atr rich region is embedded in a 2355 nt inverted repetition able to form a perfect hairpin. 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
