De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 30 seqs; mean 83.23% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-82); A box (14-25); B box (58-68); unknown origin (83-97); LINE-related region (98-136; poly A tail (137-147). SINE2-1_Atr members (a, b, c1, c2, c3) and SINE-1_ATr of Repbase share 70.00% similarity. 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
