Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 5 entire or nearly entire length and poly A tail seqs; mean 74.52% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-71; 112-182; 227-297; 337-407; 450-531); A box (14-25; 125-136; 240-251; 350-361; 463-474); B box (57-67; 168-178; 283-293; 393-403; 506-516); LINE-related region (72-111; 183-226; 298-336; 408-449; 551-589); unknown origin (532-550); poly A tail (590-601). SINE2-11c_Atr is identical to SINE2-11a_Atr but with three extra forward regions related to SINE2-6_Atr; exist two copies with visible TSDs (scaffold 45, AATCAACGTCAA/AATCAACGTTAA; scaffold 65, AACTTTATAGAAACCA/ATCCTTGTAGAAACCA). 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
