Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 10 entire or nearly entire length and poly A tail seqs; mean 82.26% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-70; 111-181; 222-294); A box (13-24; 124-135; 235-246); B box (56-66; 167-177; 280-290); LINE-related region (71-110; 182-221; 295-327); poly A tail (328-336). SINE2-10b_Atr is identical to SINE2-10a_Atr but with an extra forward region related to SINE2-6_Atr; exist copies with visible TSDs. 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
