Abstract:
De novo search via RepeatModeler from GCA_905181385.1. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 90.09% identity to consensus. Additional features: carries a complete copy of SINE2-16_Ipa with visible 13 nt TSDs between 999 and 1230; 76.60% similar in a strecth of 159 nt at 5 prime and 71.00% similar in a strecth of 121 nt at 3 prime to Helitron-N4_Ipa; flanked by A and T nucleotides, respectively, embedded in min. 10 nt AT-rich regions.
