De novo TE library from GCA_905181385.1. Consensus of 300 seqs; mean 79.92% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-93); A box (16-26); B box (69-79); tRNA-unrelated region (94-198); poly A tail (199-207); there exist 170 complete copies of SINE2-16_Ipa with visible 13 nt TSDs within Helitron-N7_Ipa; no sequence similarity to other SINEs in Repbase.
