Abstract:
Analyzed genome: GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 93.27% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-81); A box (13-23); B box (57-67); tRNA-unrelated region (82-182); poly A tail (183-191); consensus sequences of SolS-XI subfamily 2 in Capsicum (SINE2-1b_Can, SINE2-2b_Cgl, SINE2-8c_Cch, SINE2-8c_Cba, SINE2-3_Sme) share 99.50% similarity; this family is absent from other Solanaceae genomes (Datura stramonium, Jaltomata sinuosa, Lycium barbarum, Nicotiana tabacum, Petunia axillaris, Solanum lycopersicum, Solanum tuberosum).
