Abstract:
Analyzed genome: GCF_002878395.1. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 94.83% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-81); A box (13-23); B box (57-67); tRNA-unrelated region (82-181); poly A tail (182-194); consensus sequences of SolS-XI subfamily 3 in Capsicum (SINE2-1c_Can, SINE2-2c_Cgl, SINE2-8b1_Cch, SINE2-8b2_Cch, SINE2-8b_Cba) share 98.30% similarity; this family is absent from other Solanaceae genomes (Datura stramonium, Jaltomata sinuosa, Lycium barbarum, Nicotiana tabacum, Petunia axillaris, Solanum lycopersicum, Solanum tuberosum).
