Abstract: Analyzed genome: GCA_002271895.2. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 91.52% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-82); A box (15-25); B box (59-68); tRNA-unrelated region (83-179); poly A tail (180-189); 85.00% similar to SINE2-1_Cba (SolS-I). There exist two major subpopulations of SINE2-1_Cch (a and b) which consensus share 81.00% sequence similarity.
