Abstract:
Analyzed genome: GCA_002271895.2. Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 89.63% identity to consensus. Additional features: 32 nt TIRs 96.90% identity; TA TSDs; 97.20% similar to Mariner-N2d_Cba. There exist four major subpopulations of Mariner-N2_Cch (a1, a2, b and c) which consensus share 67.90% sequence similarity.
