Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 79.42% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-80); A box (13-23); B box (56-66); tRNA-unrelated region (81-179); poly T tail (180-186). There exist nine major subpopulations of SINE2-10_Cba (a to i) which consensus diverge in length mainly by indels (186 to 153 nt) and base composition also, and share 72.30% sequence similarity.
