Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 20 seqs; mean 88.14% identity to consensus. Additional features: 32 nt TIRs 98.40% identity; TA TSDs; 73.30% similar to Mariner-N12_STu of Repbase. There exist four major subpopulations of Mariner-N2_Cba (a, b, c and d) which consensus share 65.20% sequence similarity.
