Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 37 seqs; mean 89.85% identity to consensus. Additional features: 32 nt TIRs 96.90% identity; TA TSDs; 62.50% similar to Mariner-N4_Stu of Repbase. There exist four major subpopulations of Mariner-N2_Cba (a, b, c and d) which consensus share 65.20% sequence similarity.
