Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 80.97% identity to consensus. Additional features: 31 nt TIRs 88.70% identity; TA TSDs; 84.85% similar to Mariner-N9B_Stu of Repbase. There exist two major subpopulations of Mariner-N1_Cba (a and b) which consensus share 87.50% sequence similarity.
