This consensus is generated from 30 entire length sequences with mean 98.8% identity to consensus. There exist two major subpopulations of SINE2-9_Csi (a and b) which consensus share 72.1% sequence similarity. The tRNA-unrelated region of SINE2-9b_Csi is 69.5% similiar to that of Anakin.
