This consensus is generated from 50 entire length sequences with mean 94.1% identity to consensus. There exist two major subpopulations of SINE2-9_Csi (a and b) which consensus share 72.1% sequence similarity. The tRNA-unrelated region of SINE2-9a_Csi is 74.5% similiar to that of Anakin.
