1..72 /feature="LTR" 177..248 /feature="LTR" Analyzed genome of yerba mate: GCA_905181385.1. This consensus is generated from 300 entire length sequences with mean 82.7% identity to consensus. This element has 5 nt TSDs and its consensus is 73.6% similar to LTR-1_Can and 69.4% to LTR-1_Csi.
