Abstract:
Analyzed genome of chili pepper: GCF_000710875.1 v1.0. Consensus of 12 seqs with similar lengths, 10 with both termini and 2 truncated a few bases near ends; mean 92.6% identity to consensus. Additional features: twenty major subpopulations of Guadalupe occur in this chili pepper; 9 nt TSDs, >90% AT-rich; 51 nt TIRs, mean similarity of 70%.
