Analyzed genome of coffea: GCA_003713225.1 v1.0. Consensus of 40 total genomic full length seqs; mean 90.7% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-81); A box (14-24); B box (57-67); tRNA-unrelated region (82-183); poly A tail (184-200); two major subpopulations of SINE2-7_Car occur (a and b), which consensus share 79.8% similarity.
