Abstract:
~90% identical to the consensus. TIRs are ~11-bp long. TSDs are 9-bp long. The contained (TTAGG)n microsatellite could be very long in some cases. The Shrimp Epigenome (shrimpENCODE) Project is funded by the FUCOBI Foundation of Ecuador, Environmental Genomics Inc., MA, USA, and USDA-NRSP-8.
