Title:
DNA viruses from the shrimp genome.

Repbase Reports 18(12), 1352-1352 (2018)
Abstract:
This preliminary consensus of DNAV-1_LVa is rebuilt from ~6 "raw" sequence derived from Pac-Bio and squence errors could be frequent in variable regions. It is distantly similar to other White spot syndrome virus (WSSV). Termini are not exactly certain. DNAV-1_LVa insertes preferentially or specifically into 5-bp TTAGG satellite, which is the putative telomere sequence in shrimp. The full length of DNAV-1_LVa is ~280-kb. DNAV-1a_LVa here represent the first segment, and the following respective segments are assigned with sequential names (DNAV-1b_LVa, DNAV-1c_LVa, DNAV-1d_LVa, DNAV-1d_LVa, DNAV-1f_LVa, and DNAV-1g_LVa), and are enlisted as seperate entries in Repbase.
