Abstract:
~91% identical to consensus. TSDs are TA. Its consensus is ~98.5% identical to the consensus of DNA-TA-1_STu from potato. Termini show similarity to those of Mariner-2_STu. The consensus sequences of this family and Mariner-N1_SLy are 88% identical.
