Abstract:
Consensus sequence of a LINE element from white clover generated by direct sequencing of PCR-amplified genomic DNA. Truncated at 5' and 3' ends. Contains two ORFs. ORF 1 encodes pfam14111, domain of unknown function (DUF4283), and zinc knuckle (pfam14392). ORF 2 encodes L1-EN (cd09076), RT_nLTR (cd01650), and zf-RVT (pfam13966).
