Abstract:
~99% identical to consensus. TSDs are usually TA, unlike other hAT transposons. Perfect 14-bp TIRs.The sequences 4-102, 926-967, 1314-1372 are ~80% identical to hAT-N79_DR. The terminus also shows a similarity to hAT-N2_AFC and hAT-N51_DR (~78% identity).
