Abstract:
>99% identical to consensus. TSDs are usually TA, unlike other hAT transposons. Perfect 14-bp TIRs.The 5' terminus is similar to those of hAT-N1_AFC, hAT-N58_DR, hAT-N58B_DR, hAT-N68_DR with 75-85% identity. The internal portion shows similarity with DNA-5_AFC and DNA-6_AFC with 85-90% identity.
