Abstract: >89% identical to consensus. 19-bp perfect TIRs. TA TSDs. This consensus includes unsequenced gaps. Encoded protein sequence indicates this transposon is realted to IS630-Tc1-Mariner superfamily. The consensus sequence shows weak partial similarity (~70% identity) to DNA-TTAA0-2_DR, DNA-6-N7_DR, and DNA-TTAA0-4_DR.
