Abstract: ~98% identical to consensus. 99-bp imperfect TIRs. TSDs are CWG. The consensus shows similarity with DNA-1-1_DR and DNA-1-9_DR. It encodes a remnant of Harbinger transposase, and a derivative of HARBINGER-2_AFC.
