Abstract: ~95% identical to consensus. TSDs are TA. Imperfect 47-bp TIRs.This is a composite DNA transposon. The sequences 1-388 and 1258-1632 are ~80% identical to DNA-8-18_DR, the sequences 402-472 and 1226-1262 are ~82% identical to hAT6-N2_NV, and the sequence 525-1010 is ~90% identical to DNA-5_AFC. The first nested transposon is a hAT-type element (402-1262), flanked with 8-bp TSDs (GCCACAAC).
