Abstract: The 5' end is composed by variable numbers of 67-bp repeat units. (This consensus contains 1.5 units.) The 3' end is composed by polyT and the same 67-bp unit is seen near the 3' end (23126-23192). This consensus encodes several proteins homologous to those of Polinton-1_TV and Polinton-1_EI.
