Abstract:
The C-terminal half of Kolx is encoded by a very short gene followed by the same orientation gene coding for the Kolobok TPase (PHD-finger at the C-terminus of TPase). The same structural features are in Kolobok-1_MSp (former Kolobok-1_MicRcc299).
