Abstract: ~99% identical to consensus. 27-bp TIRs. No apparent TSDs. HarbingerS elements constitute a distant group of Harbinger superfamily. They encode a DDE transposase distantly related to Harbinger and ISL2EU transposases and also a SET domain histone lysine methyltransferase.
