Abstract:
The genome contains ~200 copies of DNA-8-1_EHux transposons. They belong to several families composed of identical copies: from DNA-8-1A_EHux to DNA-8-1E_EHux.These transposons are flanked by 16-bp TIRs (one mismatch) and generate 8-bp TSDs.
