Abstract: ~99% identical to consensus. ~3-bp TSDs. The most similar sequence is MAUI in Fugu rubripes. The 3' terminus is composed by (TTGAC)n microsatellite. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Broad Institute Stickleback Genome Project.
