Title:
Non-LTR retrotransposons from the western painted turtle.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 13(9), 2250-2250 (2013)
Abstract:
~94% identical to consensus. The 5' flanking sequence is ~90% identical to Gypsy-36_CPB-LTR, and so it is likely specifically inserted into a Gypsy LTR. The consensus is ~89% identical to that of Tx1-1_CPB.
