Abstract: This consensus is generated from 25 sequences with >91% identity. All copies follows 5S ribosomal RNA genes. Thus this family is likely to be inserted into 5S ribosomal RNA genes. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Human Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine: the acorn worm genome.
