Abstract:
~99% identical to consensus. 14-bp imperfect TIRs. This is specifically inserted into TTAA and appears to generate no TSDs. However the similarity to Mariner/Tc1-type transposase indicates that it makes TA TSDs and ends with CAG..CTG.
