Abstract:
This consensus is generated from 20 sequences with ~82% identity. It is similar to SINE2-1_JC, SINE2-2_STu, SINE2-1_TAe, SINE-5_Mad and so on. These elements were likely transposed by RTE elements, since they show similarity to the 3' UTR of RTE-1_STu.
