Abstract:
This is the only full-length copy in the genome. The boundaries are determined by the comparison with paralogous sequences. The 5' TSD is TATTACTGAA and the 3' TSD is TATTCACCGAA. 38-bp TIRs. This MuDRF element has the N-terminal GCM and the middle DDE-transposase domains.
