Abstract:
Consensus sequence (average identity 96%) from 100 copies of a 105-bp minisatellite sequence found in tandem arrays on all soybean chromosomes. Over 10,000 monomers in the genome. Many arrays located in noncoding regions of several different families of LTR retrotransposons.
