Abstract:
>96% identical to consensus. 5-bp TSDs. Both termini are similar to DNA-5-3_DR, DNA-5-7_DR, and DNA-5-8_DR with >70% identity. This transposon encodes a CCHH zinc-finger protein similar to the N-terminal portion of hAT transposase. These characteristics show that this is a nonautonomous member of hAT5 group of hAT-type DNA transposon, represented by hAT5-1_NV from Nematostella vectensis [1]. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Danio rerio Sequencing Group at the Sanger Institute.
