Abstract:
Top 30 sequences are ~79% identical to consensus. TUP3 is significantly similar to TUP2. However, unlike TUP2 it is also significantly similar to 7SL/Alu starting at position 96 and ending around positio 160. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Broad Institute Mammalian Genome Project: Northern Tree Shrew.
