Abstract:
MuDR-18_VV (Mutavine-18 in [1]) consensus is an autonomous element. Its individual copies are >90% identical to the consensus sequence. MuDR-18_VV contains 255-263 bp-long TIRs which are 91% identical and flanked by 9 bp-long TSDs. Downstream of the transposase gene is a putative gene encoding for a ULP1-like protein similar to CAN67356.1 (region 7001-10155).
