Abstract:
EnSpm-8N_VV (Cactavine-8 in [1]) is a DNA transposon family which has few deleted copies in the genome. We were able to recover the putative transposase gene by multiple alignments of sequences. We could not identify TIRs or TSDs and we therefore report here only the coding region.
