Abstract:
EnSpm-1_AA is a young family of autonomous EnSpm DNA transposons. The consensus was built from 5 copies ~99% identical to it. All five copies are flanked by 2-bp TSDs. This transposon contains several copies of different transposable elements: pos. 2692-4554 (6-bp TSD), 4616-4850 (TA TSD), 7744-7996 (TA TSD), 4851-5015, 5013-5220, 6234-6408, 6593-6705,6772-6916, 10282-10495, 10540-10680.These transposons will be annotated later.TIRs are only 9 bp long.
