Journal:
Repbase Reports 8(10), 1187-1187 (2008)
Abstract:
This is a MuDR transposon, containing 76-bp unperfect TIR at both end, and a protein (1620-4550) similar to other MuDr transposases. TSD is 9 bp long. MuDR-5_OS was originally classified as helitron in TREP database (accession TREP3301).
